It’s Not OK To Feel Blue (and Other Lies)

Today is not the brightest day. And I think that's okay. I think it's alright that everything feels a little bit grey and cloud covered. I think it's fine that I'm having moments of wishing that I could just feel a little less. I think it's perfectly acceptable that I'm sat here, wanting to write something inspiring about mental health, and realising that actually I feel a little empty. I've felt like this before. And I've figured out a few things about how to weather days like today as well. I'm going to write them here, in case you need to hold onto them too…
