Megan Jayne Crabbe is best known for changing the narrative of how women feel about their bodies. Amassing over 1.3 million followers on social media, Megan has built her platform by creating empowering content on the topics of body positivity, mental health, feminism and beyond.

In 2017 Megan released her bestselling debut book, Body Positive Power, a manifesto on all the ways we’ve been taught to hate our bodies, and how we can accept them instead. The book has empowered thousands to ditch diet culture and find peace with their bodies.

Megan is a seasoned presenter and podcast host, with experience working with major broadcasters like BBC, Universal Studios, Channel 4, and The Brits. Megan is currently the presenter of MTV UK's season 3 show MTV Movies, which includes interviewing some of Hollywood’s biggest names on their upcoming films, as well as hosting red carpets and events.

Megan has spoken on chart-topping podcasts such as Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Podcast, Russell Brand’s Under The Skin, and iWeigh with Jameela Jamil. She was even selected by Little Mix to host The Search Podcast, which ran alongside their hit talent-search television show. Megan also appeared in the music video for the group’s body positive hit single, Strip.

Megan created and toured her sell-out, all-singing all-dancing live show, the Never Say Diet Club, to packed audiences in Autumn 2019. Co-created with house-mate and best friend Joeley Bishop, the show was part TED talk, part variety show, 100% feel-good.

As an internationally recognised speaker, Megan has delivered talks, panels and presentations to audiences of thousands. She’s been a featured speaker at events hosted by Spotify, Instagram, Stylist Magazine, The Sunday Times, The Body Shop, Boots and more. She’s spoken live on Radio 1’s Life Hacks and This Morning. She’s also developed and delivered original workshops on body image, eating disorder recovery and mental health.

Megan has collaborated with various brands on empowering digital projects, including her self-esteem masterclass for Dove and multiple beauty campaigns with The Body Shop. Over the years she’s worked on several awareness and fund-raising charity campaigns with Beat, The Diana Award, Coppafeel and more.
